Performance & Talent Management : Drive performance management and talent processes across India, Gulf and Lanka These key processes are driven globally and require strong adherence to timelines and quality of conversations. While the outer boundaries of the process are defined, there is a need to implement the process through robust efforts that caters to local needs. Performance Management : - Facilitate the process of goal setting, mid-year review and year-end review process a. Liaison with the Region & HQ teams to ensure the process and timelines are well-understood and meet the needs of the affiliate b. Plan the entire year with process steps, trainings, communication, closure etc. c. Facilitate training needs for HRBP team and ensuring they are aware of the process and guidelines d. Ensure continuous communication to employees and effective handholding of managers throughout the process e. Be the resident expert for Workday to help teams navigate the process easily f. Maintain comprehensive data for all employees to ensure performance related decisions can be taken with ease g. Support the HR team in special modules they deem necessary to educate managers, specific functions, teams, etc. h. Monitor outcomes for under-performing employees i. Support roll-out of initiatives from Global Team - Administer the PMS Survey - Analyze findings with comprehensive reports. Use learnings from the survey to implement improvements in the upcoming years Talent Conversations and Succession Planning : - Facilitate the process of Talent Conversations, presentation of Talent Data & succession planning a. Liaison with the Region & HQ teams to ensure the process and timelines are well-understood and meet the needs of the affiliate b. Plan ahead with detailed documents, videos and other communication material to be circulated to HRBPs, employees and managers c. Maintain comprehensive data to ensure effective talent decisions can be taken d. Support HRBP teams with reports and data requests centrally e. Use the calibrated talent data to present talent summary to the Region at the end of the phase for comprehensive review and succession planning f. Support strategic initiatives of the Talent Management community 2. Employee Engagement : - Facilitate the implementation of iSay survey - global Employee Engagement survey - Analyze data and work on Action Planning & monitoring the progress - Support Ananda activities - Curate and implement activities with other HRBPs & provide support. Ensure superior employee experience. 3. Rewards & Recognition : - Support revamp and rejig of Rewards & Recognition strategy - Support implementation of new platform - Bring about a change in the mindset and modality of how R&R is done 4. International Training : - Work with the Regional Team to coordinate and roll out training programs for employees in PRI. - Understand training requirements; work with the management to share the right approvals and ensure smooth experience for trainees - Manage budgets and track nominations 5. Organization wide HR Processes and Initiatives : - Improvise, create and Implement talent frameworks that enable robust processes to take important talent decisions as per requirements of the HRBP teams, functions, etc. - Stay updated on various talent frameworks, strategies etc. used by other organizations - Work on WFH communication support, remote working policy & hybrid working; Identify ways of implementation and influence culture change; Curate culture of flexible working and focus on work life balance - Identify ways to improve current processes and implement changes - Facilitate the rollout of various HR processes including communication plan, data analysis, reporting to global team & updates to respective HRBPs and driving the same, as and when the need arises INTERACTIONS : INTERNAL : - Employees & Managers - HR team - Asia HR team - HQ HR Team - Corporate Communications Team EXTERNAL : - PRI agencies - communication partners, project partners, vendors, trainers, etc. PROFILE DETAILS : QUALIFICATION : MBA (HR) from premier institute EXPERIENCE : - 5-7 years of experience in human resources - Good knowledge of excel and power-point - Should be able to multi-task and work on projects concurrently - Excellent communication (both verbal & written) and presentation skills - FMCG / Manufacturing/ IT or ITes Industries experience is desirable - HR Consultancy experience will be good BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS : - Talent Management & Succession Planning - HR Analytics - HR process communication - HR - ERP modules - Designing and developing training modules
