PerkFinance - Manager - Operations/Customer Success (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for ambitious and energetic Operations Manager to manage our operations and collections team of process and call executives. You will be leading a team of 10-12 executives.
The goal is to drive sales and forge strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Define and improve the processes for the operations and collections team
- Measure and responsible for the output of your team
- Take ownership of the application process and deliver product under planned timelines
- You will be the point of escalation and resolution for your team
- Manage customer communications and follow problems through to resolution
- Keep logs of customer interactions to improve product and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- Experience in customer support at a BPO / fintech is a must
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word and CRM tools
- Proficiency and communication in English and local languages - Kannada / Tamil / Hindi
- Time management and planning skills
