Performance Marketing Specialist - EdTech (3-6 yrs)

Key responsibilities (but not limited to):

- As an acquisition marketing specialist, you will be entirely responsible for setting, implementing and maintaining all paid advertising campaigns (branding + performance). This is an extremely integral part of the team, and a key contributor for the growth of the organization. As an acquisitions champion, your main deliverable is to drive educators (school owners, principals, teachers etc. to the platform for sign ups).

- Manage, setup and own all acquisition platforms on Google, Facebook, Linkedin platforms

- Work and align affiliate partners / content marketing platforms for driving additional lead generation

- Create and adhere to monthly digital marketing plans for lead generation, while adhering to the quality levels

- Work with brand and category teams to drive seasonal / specific initiatives (e.g.: regional launches, admission drives etc.)

- Be independently capable and responsible for setup and daily optimization of campaigns, KW selection, placement -selection, managing quality score, demanding creative assets (display and video) and reporting on performance within the planned budgets

- Work with different tools and platforms, in addition to biddable platforms, i.e: GA, Hubspot, GTM, etc. to make work more efficient and automated

- Pin responsibilities on agencies for execution and / or manage campaigns in-house as the need be

- Work closely with inside sales teams to get feedback on the lead quality to optimize on the channel mix

- Work closely with content teams to get content built out for campaigns and landing pages

- Help and enable content and social media teams to drive post-boosting

What do you bring to the table:

- Ideally 3-5 (or more) years of experience in fast growing startups / product companies

- Strong hands-on knowledge of adtech systems, with extremely strong hands on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google analytics, landing page optimization on a day to day basis

- Understand all the possible formats on Google, FB along targeting options available on biddable platforms and know the nuances of managing affiliates / partners

- Can-do attitude, hunger to drive impact and ability and strong desire to work on multiple platforms with limited guidance. We will provide all the enablement needed, but are looking for rockstars at work

- Strong data and excel skills to quickly analyse data and generate reports

- Strong commitment to devil-is-in-the-details attitude and razor sharp desire to drive results
