Performance Marketing Role - Online/Internet (5-10 yrs)
- 5+ years of dedicated, full-time experience in performance marketing
- Expertise in rapid scaling up on at least 2 of these 3: Google Ads (Google Search, Google Discovery, Youtube Ads, Google Display Ads), LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Good experience in other ad platforms like Quora Ads, Reddit Ads, and others
- Highly analytical with expertise in setting up, running, and reporting on experiments, and always sharing insights rather than just data.
- Ability to come up with creative ad ideas
- Good written communication skills
- Experience in hiring, leading and mentoring a team
- Experience working in a startup environment and setting things up from scratch would be a plus
- Experience or background in Computer Science/IT will be a plus
