KRAs:

- To lead the development of digital marketing plans aligned to the business requirements and optimise these digital marketing initiatives based on the performance data to enhance the brand engagement score and maximise the ecom sales and drive walkins to the store

- Creatives and content

- Marketing plan (inbound & outbound) execution

1. Undertake customer and competitor research to understand the trends, insights, gaps and strengths in the digital space for the organisation.

2. Liaise with the agencies for development of digital marketing plan aligned to performance targets and estimate the budget as a part of E- Commerce Plan

3. Liaison with the agencies for the placement and communication of the content in in the websites / channels as per the agreed plan

4. Manage end to end marketing initiatives using in-house campaign platforms and oversee the execution of the same

5. Evaluate the campaigns periodically and ensure that the branding is in line with the guidelines

6. Undertake web analytics using various analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. to analyse the effectiveness of campaign and tweak the plan for optimisation for achievement of targets

7. Ensure that all the paid media campaigns performance is tracked and reported

8. Well versed in affiliate marketing, GMP stack and Facebook.
