1. For the brand website

- Optimise and run site and campaigns

- Drive imagery and sales

- Website management

- SEM

- Building marketing funnel

- Customer communication (chat, calls management)

- Identify trends

- Analyse the efficiency of campaigns

- Data mining

2. Experience Designing

- Insights for building experience

- Run surveys, test, iterate and improve

- Researching the pain points

- Implementing insights

3.Support, Report and Liaison

- Working closely with content and digital asset developer

4) Media Planning

- Understanding of media buying

- Able to allocate budgets for campaigns across various platforms

- To evaluate and track the spends done by the agency
