Performance Marketing : Google /Facebook Ads

Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate should be able to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, especially on Facebook & Google Ads
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI with the help of A/B tests, data analysis, identifying trends, and analysis
- Report & monitor daily performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
- Work closely with the design team in conceptualizing the creative assets for the campaigns
- Stay on top of key trends and best practices in digital marketing & the competitive landscape.
Must-Have Skills:
- 2-4 yrs. of proven experience in digital marketing in a digital agency or firm in Account management / Operations
- In-depth understanding & hands-on experience in running ads across Google, Facebook & YouTube
- Good understanding of Managing Paid Campaigns - Multiple channels
- Cultural fit: Structured problem-solving skills. Willingness to experiment. Excellent communication skills
