Performance Marketing Role - eCommerce/Startup (3-8 yrs)
Lead and drive performance marketing channels for acquisition and retention
1. Own channels - google + facebook + others.
2. Work primarily with acquisition lead and also with Retention and Brand lead for different projects.
3. Lead a team of channel managers and channel executives
Experience: 3-4 Years
Functional Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
2. Design, build and maintain our social media presence
3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
5. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
6. Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
7. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
8. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
9. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
10. Create a performance metrics framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign
Functional Competencies:
1. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
2. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
3. Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
4. Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc)
5. Cultural fit: Structured problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn, experiment and grow. Good communication skills
6. Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
7. Managed a team of 3-4 team members
