Performance Marketing Role - eCommerce (7-12 yrs)
- Lead initiatives to define and improve funnel conversion from all paid and free digital channels including PPC,
- Display, SEO, DSP, Affiliates and more. This will include new customer acquisition and retention.
- Key deliverable will include growth in traffic, conversions, downloads and revenues from the online medium for respective categories
- Work closely with other functions - category management, marketing, customer service & sales to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Track, measure, and revise campaigns based on rigorous data analysis to further optimize ROI on spending
- Planning and executing digital campaigns: Search, Display, Social, Organic
- Daily reviews on the status of leads and take action accordingly depending upon various dispositions of the leads.
- Regular review along with contact center team to evaluate scope of improvements in calling and modifying the scrip to ensure customer is converted.
