Performance Marketing (Facebook) Our Client is a D2C Personal Care Brand and is looking for a passionate Performance Marketer who has proven experience and success in executing and managing campaigns end to end on Facebook. The role requires analysis of campaigns, ads, and landing pages based on real-time performance and optimization of these campaigns in line with our business/revenue goals. Job Responsibilities : - Experience in strategizing & executing performance marketing campaigns across Facebook. - Proven track record of driving and exceeding revenue/ business goals. - Ability to understand target audience's emotions & aspirations deeply by doing secondary research - Ability to ideate & iterate product angles at break-neck speed in order to improve campaign conversion rates & ROI metrics - Strong understanding of funnels and their associated metrics - Strong understanding of conversion copywriting & pattern-interrupt ads - Ability to scale campaigns in identified markets rapidly based on ROI benchmarking - Strong understanding of optimization tactics that impact ROI metrics - Hands-on experience in setting up & managing Google Analytics and Shopify. - Strong understanding of real-time reporting dashboard platforms. - An entrepreneurial mindset and experience of setting up projects combined with a 'hands-on' approach. - Ability to identify new platforms based on consumer insights. - Resilience to drive agenda in the face of a challenging environment. - Ability to operate in a hyper-paced startup & thrive under pressure. - Analytical ability to break a marketing problem down to solutions and impact measurement, ability to effectively manage time. - Knowledge of media, online advertising, and agencies. - Experience in a Product company, e-commerce or digital agency would be an added advantage.
