Job Objective : - A global performance marketing role that drives strong brand and its portfolio presence via various marketing strategies and tactical initiatives like campaigns, account-based marketing, lead generation exercises that creates an impact in the focus markets and geographies Key Result Areas : - Performance Marketing via digital and offline - Brand credibility & Brand strength - Customer awareness of products and services - Marketing Budget - Planned vs Actual - Return on investment (ROI) of brand - Return on marketing investment (ROMI) Primary Responsibilities : Strategic and Planning : - Strategic marketing support to the respective business vertical for driving multiple marketing (focus on digital marketing) exercises - Planning annual calendar of marketing activities including product campaigns with lead targets, execution plan and the annual budget Functional : - Develop integrated B2B marketing campaign strategies and activity plans for key vertical product/s & services, use integrated marketing channels effectively and achieve campaign objectives including generating qualified leads. - Ensure each campaign has clear metrics are achieving appropriate return on investment in line with pre-decided goals. - Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to implement campaign activity including: Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, Events, Brand & Design, International and Regional offices, Content and Media/PR leads. - Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within budget, deliver campaign activity results through regular presentations and distribute learning for future campaigns. - Brief external agencies including creative, digital and media planning agencies to deliver campaign activity against brief, and oversee implementation. - Keep abreast of current trends in campaign marketing through research, competitor mapping etc.
