Job Description - The incumbent would be responsible for the management of digital accounts and diversifying the channel mix through social channels for a "growing pharma/nutra" organisation

Client Details

My client is a growing organisation in nutra/pharma space quite well known for their unique range of products. As a part of their growth trajectory in India, they are now looking at hiring a "Performance Marketing Manager" based out of their corporate office in Gurgaon.

Description

Reporting into Digital Transformation Head, your responsibilities would include the following:

- Brings in deep understanding of data analytics and has demonstrable experience in using data insights to improve marketing return on investment

- Review the existing technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways in which the organisation India can be ahead of the industry in the digital space

- Manage the day-to-day function of digital marketing, including Social Media, Digital Content, Digital Production, project oversight, and KPI tracking

- Develop, agree and track key KPIs for digital strategy and individual programs

- Proficient in common marketing technologies (Google Analytics, CRM, CMS, & Marketing Automation, Instagram & FB ad, Twitter, Youtube etc. promotions)

Profile

My client is looking for an incumbent with below requirements:

- Should come from a premier college, with a degree in engineering and an MBA

- 5-7 years of experience of performance marketing FB,Google,Amazon,Flipkart and medical platforms

- familiar with marketing automation tools like landing page automation, social media automation, email automation, crm automation
