The Anatomy of a Performance Marketing Superhero at boAt: - You will find out where users are lurking online and get them to the boAt website where they will checkout awesome boAt products. - Sometimes the users will get an important phone call or will be distracted by a Netflix series. In this case, you will retarget them and get them back on to the boAt website so that they can complete their transaction. - Since we operate at scale, you will be analysing campaigns, creatives, running over 10 experiments a week and be insanely focussed on ROAS - You will be friends with the business analysts as they will point out areas where things are not working. You will be pals with the creative folks as you will need a ton of creatives. - You eat Facebook &amp; Insta campaigns for breakfast and feast on Google campaigns for lunch - You cannot go for an hour without talking about pixels, audience matching, smart shopping, RLSA, discovery, attribution. - You have spent over Rs 10 cr in your lifetime on Facebook and Google. Made a ton of mistakes and know the lesson learnt from each one of those mistakes - Excel loves you. Data is your best pal. Analysis is your smoking gun (CPM &amp; CPCs talk is for beginners) - You do not wear a superhero Costume as all heroes do not wear a cape. Responsibilities - Driving Month on Month growth using the Google and Fb ad platforms - Track and report data - Share data-driven insights to increase conversions and revenue Qualifications - Bachelor's degree. An MBA would be cool too (but not mandatory) - Excellent (Nay Superhuman) with numbers and analysis - Analytical brain, logical mind, insane attention to detail and a will to succeed - Proficient Google Ad, Facebook Ad consoles - Fluency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills Perks include becoming a beta tester for our new headphones &amp; working with a team that loves to hustle and cheer for each other.
