As a Performance Marketing Manager- Global, you will be responsible for planning, executing, managing and analysing campaigns across online & offline channels (social media, search engines, newsletters) to achieve KPIs for global Regions EMEA, US & Asia Pacific.
What you will do:
- Optimizing CRM campaigns & newsletter based on performance and engagement data
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
- Monitoring the rollout of different campaign that drives new customer acquisition, and providing a journey to nurture the leads
- Performing regular market research studies to gather important brand data
- Reviewing the attribution model requirement across all acquisition channels to understand the value of the channels in the user journey

What you need to have:
- 5 years+ global marketing experience in professional services or multi-national companies, preferably from Education, Edu-Tech industry
- 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing for global regions, mainly EMEA, US & Asia Pacific
- Expert knowledge on designing the creatives
- Ability to understand the foundations of lead generation, digital advertising, and events
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and assume ownership
- Good co-ordination skills and follow through
- Motivation and willingness to work overtime during peak activity periods
- Proficiency in computer (MS Office)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
