We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Manager / Campaign Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and campaign execution.
The ideal candidate will bring experience from high-growth industries like FMCG, e-commerce, or q-commerce, and have a strong track record of running performance-focused campaigns that drive user acquisition, conversion, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing & Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, and affiliate networks
- Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc., to refine strategy and maximize results
- Develop and manage performance dashboards to track KPIs and present actionable insights
Strategy & Budget Management:
- Own the digital marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation to drive business goals
- Define monthly/quarterly performance goals aligned with broader business objectives
- Drive marketing-led growth through experimentation, A/B testing, and channel innovation
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and user experience across campaigns
- Partner with analytics and BI teams for data-driven decision-making
- Liaise with external agencies, ad tech partners, and publishers for campaign execution and optimization
Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital platforms
- Identify new growth opportunities and channels to expand user reach and engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital campaign management
- Prior experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or q-commerce industry preferred
- Proven ability to manage large-scale marketing budgets and drive ROI-positive campaigns
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Excel, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical mindset, creative thinking, and execution ownership
