Performance Marketing Lead - Startup

- Marketing Lead to oversee the company's paid marketing efforts across various channels.

- Responsible for the company's paid marketing efforts across social media channels

- Manage Customer Acquisition Cost / focus on ROI

- Oversee spends across in-house marketing as well as out-sourced agency marketing, and would be managing external agencies.

- Build and manage in-house marketing automation for the purpose of enhancing the marketing department's efforts.

- Lead conversion focus / influence consumers through well-crafted campaigns and close deals with the help of sales team

Skills and Experience:

- MBA with 6-8 years of digital marketing / performance marketing in a fast paced organization

- Proficiency in Performance Marketing, Online Marketing, PPC, SEM / SEO, Social Media, Mobile Marketing, Marketing Automation, Campaign Management
