Key Requirements for the role:
- Must have built & leading performance-focused product marketing and digital initiatives for acquisition and engagement and should have demonstrated growth opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience in managing marketing P&L and ROI on product marketing initiatives.
- Core Competencies - Lead Generation, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Content Strategy
- Delivered and played an instrumental role in a 10x user growth phase
- Has had hands-on experience in working with SEO agencies to drive organic growth traffic
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prefer Candidates with a strong Pedigree (Tier 1 / 2)
- Looking for people who've had a strong Zero to One journey experience.
- Some amount of PnL management experience is a plus
- Candidates who have had their own startup journey would have an edge
- People Management experience is another plus
