Performance Marketing Expert - Meta/Facebook - Personal Care Industry (3-8 yrs)
Our client is a leading Delhi NCR based- brand within the Personal Care industry, looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facebook Performance Marketing Expert to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing, delivering successful Facebook campaigns, and optimizing ROAS.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage highly effective Facebook campaigns that meet client objectives and achieve target ROAS
- Deploy, manage and optimize budgets above 1 Cr to ensure maximum returns on investment
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of performance marketing experts who can deliver results
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights, actionable recommendations for optimization to maximize results
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams like creative, analytics, and client servicing to ensure smooth campaign implementation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Facebook marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing on Facebook
- Experience in managing campaigns with budgets exceeding 1 Cr.
- In-depth understanding of Facebook's platform, algorithms, targeting options, and ad formats.
- Experience with tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data and insights, optimize campaigns for maximum performance
