Performance Manager - Responsible Sourcing - Retail (5-8 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of Owned Brand Sourcing & Development, Responsible Sourcing and Sustainability goals. As a supply chain Manager in Responsible Sourcing team, you will be part of the team that is evolving the responsible sourcing oversight function that allows us to be a progressive force for good.

- You will work on mitigating supply chain risk in collaborating with cross-functioning team in country and region.

- You will support the organization to join industry collaboration and external engagement.

- You will collaborate closely with regional responsible sourcing oversight & remediation team to monitor regional responsible sourcing risks and develop risk mitigation approach

- You will support business team to understand business partner and factories' responsible sourcing performance and identify priorities for remediation and performance elevation as well as deliver capacity building goals

- Based on the Advisory Program framework you will evaluate factory capability management systems and practices, visit factories and set clear improvement objectives and flexible approaches to achieve desired outcomes based on program milestones

- You will influence CFT, vendor management, factory leadership and workers to take ownership and accountability to integrate new workplace cooperation skills

- As a facilitator you will lead conversations to support learning and development, and to achieve program outcomes

- You will use objective and subjective measures to measure impact.

- You will leverage technology to deliver on worker voice initiatives and to measure program progress and impact

- Support program implementation by developing process and performance improvement programs

- Support program lead by distilling regional insight for feasible program plan and building meaningful relationship with regional stakeholders to drive program success.

- Support measurement of and monitor progress against program objectives and performance targets

- Own local partnerships with stakeholders and implementation partners in the field

- Facilitate meetings with business partners, internal teams and project partners to drive program and issue resolution

- Manage other activities as appropriate and may be determined from time to time
