For an Ecom startup client

Key Requirements for the role:

- Mandatory 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Performance and Growth Marketing

- Must have Built & leading performance-focused product marketing and digital initiatives for acquisition and engagement and should have demonstrated growth opportunities.

- Demonstrated experience in managing marketing P&L and ROI on performance marketing initiatives.

- Core Competencies - Lead Generation, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Content Strategy

- Delivered and played an instrumental role in a 10x user growth phase

Desired Skill-set :

- Preferably from Tier-1 institutes (grad), MBA not mandatory

- Has had hands-on experience in working with SEO agencies to drive organic growth traffic

- Ability to work in parallel on conversion funnel optimization and lead scale-up initiatives.

- Experience with marketing automation tools like Clevertap, MoEngage etc

- Experience with a high-growth startup is a plus

- Team Handling experience is also required
