What will the role entail:
- Developing methodologies to understand employee's motivation and performance behaviour
- Applying Behavioural science principles to help an employee improve on the performance behaviour
- Research, design and implement experiments to test effectiveness of various interventions
- Developing appropriate solutions and coordinating with cross-functional teams for implementation of recommended interventions
What is desired:
- Passion for understanding and influencing performance behaviour
- Hands-on exposure/ experience of applying science behind workplace motivation and decision making
- Interest in behavioural economics, psychology, nudges, choice architecture, persuasive technology
- Research, experimentation, design thinking bent of mind
- Any sales stint with any B2C or B2D companies either as an employee or consultant
What is additional:
- Familiarity with technology
- Appropriate academic qualification (preferably MBA and /or behavioural economics degree)
About the Background
- Liberal Arts / Psychology / Behavioural Science
- About 3 to 8 years of Allied experience
