The individual will be driving Sales execution and distribution strategy in the area. She/he will be reporting to the Branch Sales Manager. Responsibilities : 1. People management, Channel management, Territory planning and ensuring field hygiene. 2. Developing and managing an efficient distribution network as per Sales distribution strategy to improve sales performance. 3. Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned area. 4. Monitoring adherence to sales systems and processes at area level. Experience Required : 1. 4 to 6 years of Sales experience 2. FMCG experience is preferred Education : MBA from Tier 1 B school, 2014, 2015 or 2016 Pass out Language Preference : Tamil
