Perfect Relations - Lead Account Manager (4-6 yrs)
- The Lead Account Manager contributes to the overall performance of the firm by managing current client relationships and programs, recruiting, developing and growing staff.
- Responsible for management and delivery on a key part of the overall business plan for a particular business unit or client, including gross profitability.
- Ownership for effectively leading a team and client portfolio by providing senior level consultancy, demonstrating excellent people management skills and ensuring overall business management for teams and clients.
Prior Experience : 4 - 6 years of public relations or communications experience (Mandatory)
Education : MBA / Post Graduate in Mass Communication,
Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop and grow senior client relationships
- Develop overall communications programs for clients
- Leads client account teams in the service delivery of all account activity
- Have full understanding of client business and challenges within the industry
- Manage account administration duties, such as billing and activity reports
- Recommend timely staff appraisals for team
- Partner with local and regional leadership teams to develop and execute against business plans and ensure agreed business and personal metrics are achieved.

- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Ability to develop and maintain effective interpersonal relationships
