Senior Manager Brand Marketing - Kurkure Traditional + Innovations Job Description Main Purpose: - The role is responsible for delivering topline (absolute NR) and bottomline (GM %, VM%) results for the Traditonal Namkeen and innovations across Indian portfolio in India region. - All innovation related activities from developing strategy, to concept development, to product/packaging development, to brand communication and activation including in-market are managed locally and are under scope for this role. - This role will also lead the development of an alternate business model for Namkeens to unlock profitable growth for Pepsico. Accountabilities: - Translate Region SBP goals on Kurkure to robust AOP tactics by defining portfolio strategy. - Lead task of driving Kurkure Traditional Portfolio - Traditonal Namkeen/Namkeen 2.0 and developing alternate business model for Namkeen - Partner with regional brand and commercial leaders to execute brand strategies and plans for Kurkure - Lead market-wise plans - Identify market specific opportunities / threats; develop & execute action plan - Lead agency relationship management by leading evaluations, timeline manangement, feedback and R&R Qualifications/Requirements - Expertise in setting and driving an innovation agenda, including within relevant category - Strategic leadership - Strong collaboration skills to partner with global and regional leaders - Strong communication and facilitation skills - Ability to lead cross-functional team of senior leaders to aligned strategic priorities, requirements and trade-offs - Program management experience - MBA in sales and marketing with 8-10 years of experience
