PepsiCo - SAP Master Data Lead - MDM/LSMW/Data Migration/BDC (8-12 yrs)

Deliverables :

- Build and support the capability to develop and optimize definition and specifications of data extraction, transformation and load of MDM for Analytics.

- Manage the partnership with IT stakeholders around data modeling, data mappings, data validation, hierarchy management and overall security. Provide continuous enhancement and review of MDM matching rules, data quality, and validation processes.

- Partner with technical functions to drive forward master data strategies and capabilities

- Use SAP & SAMNA to design, develop, optimize and support MDM for various domains. Lead the performance tuning of existing processes.

- Interface directly with business and process partners to understand their needs and objectives first-hand.

- Provide training on how to interpret and use master data for business analysis Provide coaching, direction, and leadership support to team members to achieve business goals.

- Identify and communicate key responsibilities and practices to ensure the immediate team of direct/indirect reports (as applicable) promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results

- Build and lead data governance function across the organization using industry best practices.

- Proactively foresee, plan and lead MDM enhancements, implementations, operations & support.

- Significantly contribute to the maturity of the Master Data Management strategy.

- Provide direction to team members as it relates to reference data and master data strategy.

Required Education/Experience :

- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree or equivalent experience required

- Minimum of 8 years of related IT business work experience

- Experience in SAP ERP implementations, experience managing large global teams

- Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers, resolving very difficult and sensitive issues effectively

- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

- Solves highly complex, politically sensitive problems across teams

- Strong financial management experience with proven ability to manage annual budget

- Strong management skills with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent
