KEY ACCOUNTABILITY :   - Manage site employee relations   - Administer local Labor relations   - Feed local pulse to HRBP   - Ensure policy consistency/compliance with rules and laws   - Provide career coaching for local talent, with emphasis on developing new manager talent   - Help business/ line managers solve business problems (turnover, absenteeism, etc)   - Local community/government employment agency contact   - Key point of contact for grievance handling for the site   - Overall supervision for administrative accountabilities at the site   - Assist TA to identify local sources of talent   Partner with Solution Delivery Team to :   - Execute tools/programs to drive employee engagement   - Execute communications   - Develop local succession plans   - Play an active role in PepsiCo values/culture/engagement work (leveraging the COE work for local activation).   - Localize and activate global HR solutions, core processes and policies   EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :   - Post Graduate degree in HR/IR from top management school with 5-10 years of total experience including Plant HR role.   - LANGUAGE-SHOULD BE FLUENT IN MALYALAM
