<p>Industry - Human Resources and Personnel<br><br> Skills - HR<br><br> Job Type - Permanent <br><br> Job Description - MAIN PURPOSE<br><br> -  Key role in leading and anchoring labour relations at the Plant to ensure disruption-free Plant Operations throughout the year<div><p><br></p> -  Ensure proactive ELR actions locally - with a focus on employee relations, maintaining positive local labour relations at the Plant, and managing relationship with internal and external union(s)</div><div><p><br></p> -  Provide local dispute resolution through strong employee relationships</div><div><p><br></p> -  Labour relations liaison with local union organizations to resolve grievances, to lead local negotiations for relevant pay/ contract negotiations</div><div><p><br></p> -  Assist business/ line managers in making balanced business decisions while advocating for appropriate employee interventions</div><div><p><br></p> -  Serve as a trusted employee advisor at all levels</div><div><p><br></p> -  Linking, translating and integrating HR work and priorities with business/ line managers</div><div><p><br></p> -  Deliver recurring HR services and processes in partnership with SDT<br><br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITY<br><br> -  Manage site employee relations</div><div><p><br></p> -  Administer local Labor relations</div><div><p><br></p> -  Feed local pulse to HRBP</div><div><p><br></p> -  Ensure policy consistency/compliance with rules and laws</div><div><p><br></p> -  Provide career coaching for local talent, with emphasis on developing new manager talent</div><div><p><br></p> -  Help business/ line managers solve business problems (turnover, absenteeism, etc.)</div><div><p><br></p> -  Local community/government employment agency contact</div><div><p><br></p> -  Key point of contact for grievance handling for the site</div><div><p><br></p> -  Overall supervision for administrative accountabilities at the site</div><div><p><br></p> -  Assist TA to identify local sources of talent<br><br>Partner with SDT to:<br><br> -  Execute tools/programs to drive employee engagement</div><div><p><br></p> -  Execute communications</div><div><p><br></p> -  Develop local succession plans</div><div><p><br></p> -  Play an active role in PepsiCo values/culture/engagement work (leveraging the COE work for local activation).</div><div><p><br></p> -  Localize and activate global HR solutions, core processes and policies.<br><br>MBA<br><br> Contact - PepsiCo&nbsp;<br><br> The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
