Associate Director - Innovation Experimentation

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Establish the co-innovation programs with the partners, start-ups, and academics.

- Create the Co-innovation models in partnership with IT, S&T, GBS, R&D and other functions and stakeholders

- Lead the innovation labs setup

- Work in partnership with the CTO platform teams and create the infrastructure that leads for rapid experimentation

- Track the spent time and resources spent on prototyping and drive value out of this.

- Establish the foundation for future and additional implementations

- Support the Innovation research lead to Coach & educate stakeholders through several initiatives like leading the external and internal conference, road shows etc

- He/she should assist their team members with enhancing their creativity skills and innovative techniques, which may help them use innovative thinking while performing their duties

- Showcased of the successful implementations to the leadership

- Prepare plans and processes for scaling up

- Prioritization of the areas of focus for Innovation Team's experimentation

- Support the innovation lead in building the Innovation Roadmap (3 to 5 years) in alignment with functional domains & technology domains

- Support in creating the Innovation Map - Emerging technology mapping with functional and technology domain

REQUIREMENTS:

- He/she should have around 15 years or more experience in IT

- He/she should be from a premier institute with Computer Science, Mathematical modelling, or research scientist

- Excellent Analytical Skills, Problem Solving Skills, and Technical Writing

- Excellent knowledge of Critical Thinking & System Thinking, imagination and out of box thinking

- Expert in a couple of emerging technologies like Metaverse, AR, VR, IOT, Artificial intelligence and machine learning, 5G, Block Chain, Robotics, Quantum computing, UX Design, web commerce etc

- Good knowledge of cloud computing

- Flexible to work in various time zones
