PepsiCo - Associate Director - Franchise - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (10-18 yrs)

Main Purpose:

- Develop a sustainable franchise business in the given Units to grow share through growing volumes and profitability for both PI and bottler. Maintain bottler relationship to drive business alignment across Pepsico and the bottler leadership teams.

- Deliver Annual Operating Plan, share, volume objectives and build capability for future growth of the Bottler

- Build and execute AOP for VBL North (Delhi-Haryana-Rajasthan-Punjab-Goa), while delivering strong share and volumes in all channels and overall LRB volume.

Accountabilities :

This role needs to contribute towards achieving the respective territory volume by leading the Volume and GTM agenda in the
respective units of Delhi-Rajasthan-Haryana-Punjab-Goa encompassing implementing the aligned agenda by -

- Contribute towards achieving the territory Volume through ensuring through franchise teams the appointment of new distributors, Increase in total mechanized fleet, Increase in permanent outlets

- Contribute towards achieving the the territory profitability objectives, while operating within the approved FMA budget

- Contribute towards achieving unit share objectives and distribution agenda

- Contribute towards driving Brand and pack volume agenda

- Contribute towards achieving target MT OFR,

- Contribute towards the processes, BPT & innovation agenda of the organization

- Partner with the respective teams in building capability of the respective Unit teams

- Bottler alignment on regular reviews, systems and processes

- Market Presence & field visits- Ensuring 3-4 days / week in the market

Key Skills & Experience Required :

Experience and Qualification :

- Sales and Marketing experience with FMCG companies with 10-12+ years of experience

- MBA from Premier institute would be preferred

- Strong presentation, analytical, inters personal, leadership and negotiation skills
