Job Description : We are looking for an individual who is into hard-core data analytics role where the he/she will focus on providing analysis on business performance &amp; provide timely reports to Management, work closely in preparing a business plan and subsequently work on fund raise plan of the organization., analyze competitive actions and support FP&amp;A head in delivering organizational objectives. Role Responsibilities : - Ensuring Timely deliverable of Key Management reports based on Business Performance. - Competition Analysis on regular basis and provide latest updates on start-up ecosystem to Management - Develop a Business plan and Business models for new businesses - Business Partnering &amp; Stakeholder Management - Partnering with Key stakeholders in the organization and delivering organization objectives Desired Skills and Competencies : - Required Years of Related Experience: ~1-3 years + - Should have passion for data analytics and insights gathering from same - Should be a strong team player - Strong business partnering skills to influence/partner with business stakeholders - Strong knowledge of Finance / Accounting principles and processes - Independent thinking and strong planning/prioritization are critical to success Associated Behaviors : - Ability to manage and negotiate with internal/external stakeholders - Strong analytical skills and business acumen - Capable to work in fast-paced environment
