Role &amp; Responsibilities : - Identify, prioritize, and initiate process, product, communication improvements to increase effectiveness of studio teams. Conduct analysis to assess training needs and develop customized training programs. - Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, organizational development, and training program design with cross-functional partners - Category, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, Product, Marketing, and Finance - Development training &amp; learning programs including with third parties, suppliers, and franchisee partners. - Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs across the function. Write effective and engaging curriculum to various learning styles, creative writing with an emphasis on developing curriculum. - Create various evaluations and assessments, analyze collected data, and apply results to the planning and designing of future programs, modules, and training activities. - Responsible to conduct the training programs for the new joinees and time to time refresher training program for the teams to improve the quality output. - Support and coach managers to ensure the Employee Learning Centre is fully utilized by maximizing it potential by creating innovative learning using articulate. - Organizes and maintains training records pertaining to training sessions, attendance, relevant training documents / material and assessment data of every individual. - Facilitates and presents training programs, as well as scheduling training sessions ensuring facility set-up, audiovisual set-up, employee notifications / training calendars. - Demonstrated experience in coaching. The individuals experience draws from a wide background of education, training, change management, communications, or learning. - Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment with demonstrated Program / Project management skills. - Designing training material for Web-based training (WBT), Instructor-led training (ILT), and other modalities Desired Skills and Competencies: - Training Solution Development - Professional with extensive leadership experience in staff / team development, process, and productivity improvements. Developed mechanisms to identify training needs based on business requirement and changes. - Staff Development plan - Assess skill gaps for employees / studio teams, develop training plans, identify training needs, analyse sales reports, conduct training sessions, provide training materials, and collaborate with studio leadership &amp; visual merchandizing. - Tailoring curriculum Development - Team oriented training &amp; development, highly competent in developing customized training module, processes, and procedure. - Training Quality Assessment - Conduct analysis of training and provide assessment feedback / recommendations and design courses for training development for continuous learning &amp; development. - Collaborative &amp; Interpersonal skills - Coordinate cross-functional brainstorming sessions, communicate progress and results back to stakeholders, drive implementation of identified initiatives and define milestones. - Being agile in orientation and in operational execution - strong bias for action and speed of execution for both routine and new projects, adapt quickly to changing strategies and priorities.
