Over the past 3 years, we've worked with brands like Adobe, upGrad, Swiggy, Dunzo, BusinessWorld, Digit, Shiksha.com, Rapido, BookMyShow, UrbanClap, Yatra, Bewakoof, YourStory, Bharat Matrimony, and 300+ other brands. We have over 30,000+ writers and graphic designers who have applied to Pepper so far, who form part of the 'Pepper Cloud'.

We are on the path to building a global on-demand content marketplace platform that allows for collaboration, discovery and upskilling for all our creators. Now we are in a rapid expansion phase to enter into more content service offerings, engage a wide spectrum of content creators and at the same time, scale up our existing services.

Roles and Responsibility:

- The SAM solves for bringing the right type of creator to Pepper content based on their cohort alignment.

- Take an "Industry - Creator type - Creator quality" view of the problem.

- Own the entire process of acquisition from scouting to first assignment for their cohort.

- Understand the persona of the target they are responsible for.

- Be innovative about channels where they might be able to acquire them (this could be various inbound channels, referral programs, partnerships, etc., etc.)

- Own the entire funnel for their supply cohort (type of creator) right from building the top of the funnel through various channels to end conversion (i.e finally converting them to be creators on our platform).

- Be strong people managers to a sales-like team whom they will drive on conversion

- Be target-oriented, and do what it takes to deliver a number.

- Be strong communicators both with written and verbal channels (the role will entail enough convincing, converting, probing for insights, etc.) and strong communicators to their teams as well.

- Be well-versed enough with handling data (not too complex) and using it to make quick decisions.

Must Haves for this Role :

- 5 to 7 years of experience in high-performance startups, marketplace startups or consumer start ups in supply or category roles ( Supply Chain candidates -not relevant )

- Understands sales / conversion funnels well

- Can handle a team of callers, individual contributors and keep them motivated and trained to perform

- Aggressive towards achieving targets or goals, and able to have smart conversations with any stakeholder that can influence that goal

- Able to make sense of basic data to achieve goals

- Highly oriented towards transparently tracking progress on goals

- Is constantly looking to solve problems as opposed to a "what can I do about this" attitude - high degree of ownership

- Excellent conversationalist / communicator, keen to learn about different industries, customer types, audience types

- Is hands on, regardless of the nature of activity

- Works well with stakeholders across different business functions
