Pepper (www.peppercontent.in) is building India's largest content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 10 content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 1.5 years we- ve worked with brands like Businessworld, Times Group, Digit, Wittyfeed, YourStory etc. along with 225+ brand companies like BookMyShow, UpGrad, Naukri.com, Paisabazaar, Social Cops, Zivame, Yatra, Bewakoof, Imarticus Learning etc. to create content that is meticulous and customized according to our clients' needs.
Now we are in a rapid expansion phase to enter into more content service offerings, engage a wide spectrum of content creators and at the same time, scale up our existing services. To fuel all this we're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial and hustle mindset to help crack problems on the supply side of Pepper.
The day to day activities of this person include strategizing plans to onboard new creators, exploiting new channels to acquire supply, and executing key strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Taking full ownership of key initiatives within a specific vertical of Pepper
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive projects to closure
- Solving problems through structured thinking, research, project planning, and on-ground execution
- Owning responsibilities across domains such as strategy, marketing, operations, and partnerships to unlock opportunities for Pepper
- Work directly with the founders on existing business and agenda.
- Work on existing products and design new ones to drive key business metrics for the company.
- Work on special projects which are essential for the growth of the businesses
- Develop innovation roadmap and new market entry strategies.
Requirements:
- Someone with 2-4 years of experience in startups/ consulting firms
- Willingness to hustle & get their hands dirty, and comfort with ambiguity
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership learns quickly and has a bias for action
- Should be able to work with multiple internal and external stakeholder
- Has the ability to break down a problem into smaller chunks and the ability to balance between the big picture and tactical activities
