Pepper (www.pepper content.in) is building India's largest content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 10 content verticals and 150+ content categories, 40+ content verticals, and 40+ global languages.

We are on the path to building a global on-demand content marketplace platform that allows for collaboration, discovery, and upskilling for all our creators. Now we are in a rapid expansion phase to enter into more content service offerings, engage a wide spectrum of content creators and at the same time, scale up our existing services.

To fuel all this, we have some exciting product ideas planned, and we are looking for stellar folks who can ideate, plan and execute upon them to get the product out of the door.

A little bit about the role:

We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial and hustle mindset to help crack problems on the supply side of Pepper. The day to day activities of this person include strategizing plans to onboard new creators, exploiting new channels to acquire supply, and executing key strategies

Responsibilities:

- Taking full ownership of key initiatives within a specific vertical of Pepper

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive projects to closure

- Solving problems through structured thinking, research, project planning, and on-ground execution

- Owning responsibilities across domains such as strategy, marketing, operations, and partnerships to unlock opportunities for Pepper

Requirements:

- Someone with 2-4 years of experience in startups/ consulting firms

- Willingness to hustle & get their hands dirty, and comfort with ambiguity

- Someone who enjoys taking ownership learns quickly and has a bias for action

- Should be able to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders

- Has the ability to break down a problem into smaller chunks and the ability to balance between the big picture and tactical activities
