- We are building a global SaaS-enabled marketplace for fast-growth SMB, mid-market and enterprise customers that helps marketers manage all their activities ranging from content creation to workflow management and content distribution. To fuel all this, we have some exciting plans, and we are looking for someone in the capacity of Account Manager to join our business team and build upon these ideas.

At Pepper Content, you will :

- Lead the accounting and finance function while setting up global accounting policies and practices

- Set-up accounting principles and accounting books for US company and manage multiple entities accounting and consolidation

- Undertake financial administration and internal audits

- Review books periodically and prepare weekly reports on cashflow and P&L

- Manage budgets and ensure 100% adherence to the same

- Keep working capital requirements in check while managing treasury and other related activities

- Manage cashflow on weekly and monthly basis and add predictability to monthly burn

- Manage all communication of finance team with internal and external stakeholders

- Generate various internal/external reports & analysis to assist in decision making

- Ensure that the company complies with all legal, statutory & regulatory requirements including TDS, GST and VAT ( for US entity)

- Review the work of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Payroll and ensure proper internal controls with respect to Shared Services

- Manage all statutory, external audits and set-up a function of periodic internal audits

- Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policies

- Providing oversight on tax, internal controls and audit-related matters

- Manage transfer pricing and inter-company transactions and accounting

- Tracking direct costs of all freelancers closely and doing periodic reviews of bookings and payments

- Optimising net burn , EBIDTA and cash burn on a detailed level

Should apply if you have:

- 7 + years of Exp in the Finance operations space -preferably from a growing Start up or organisation which has seen a massive scale

- Proven strategic planning experience at the management level

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills

- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong communication and presentation skills
