Work on constantly improving our product but also have a bunch of moon-shot ideas that we can execute over time. - Help in building a great place to work, which is a lot of fun & develops great team spirit. - Scale up tech team and the tech platforms. - Be entrepreneurial in nature, work as an effective leader with the Founder and CEO. - Tech expertise in Open Source/ PHP, My SQL, Java, JS, HTML, CSS3, Cloud Platform, Integration, Big Data Education: B.Tech./ BE/ MS from a reputed engineering college like IIT/ NIT/ Bits Pilani only. CTC - As Co-Founder, you would be entitled for equity + Incentives initially. Initially, as a commitment, the Co-founder would be expected to invest some small amount of funds in the startup in return for equity.
