PeopleOne - Product Manager - Learning Management System

PeopleOne Technology, Perungudi, Chennai a product development organization in the domain of Learning Management System is looking for PRODUCT MANAGER preferably from the domain of Learning Management System.

PeopleOne delivers next-gen, cloud-based learning management system technology that represents a whole new way of thinking about learning. Based in Silicon Valley, PeopleOne serves customers from offices in the US, Europe and Asia, and provides a full range of Learning Management System delivery and support services to ensure smooth transitions from legacy systems, rapid technology deployment and sustained learning success.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate/PG and well skilled in computers

- 8+ years of experience in IT Product Development organization

- PMP certification will be an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Experienced Product Manager with 8+ years of relevant working experience in Software Product organization on global enterprise application with an understanding of product design, basic development life-cycle using agile/scrum methodology.

- Ability to work within a fast-paced team with high proficiency in writing clean, well-structured requirement/functional documents, UI mockups, wireframes etc.

- The role will also provide opportunities for improving, supporting our global enterprise SaaS cloud product design, understanding & contributing across the entire product development platform, ongoing research, evaluation of latest design, technologies, new methodologies to improve the quality and features of our product.

- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence people and teams at every level in the organization

- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results

- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
