- Minimum 8+ years of total experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the practice or Presales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills backed with presentation skills.
- High strategic skills, self-motivated and proactive to effectively design strategy, and implement the business KPIs.
- Experience in rolling out companywide training and enablement plan.
- Demonstrated success in advancing partnership tier and attainment of competencies.
- Domain Expertise: Automotive Possess thorough understanding of Automotive -Infotainment/ADAS/Embedded/Hardware/SDV technical landscape, business drivers, and emerging computing trends in the industry.
- Developing business plans and executing strategic initiatives.
