People Service Lead - Human Resource - Pharma

What are we looking for :

- 10+ years of Experience working in a HR Shared Services, HR core function

- Experience of managing a team of Workday Data Management & payroll analysts of large organization

- Ability to assimilate into complex environment supporting multiple Business Units

- Demonstrated technical, analytical skills and experience of managing Transactions within Workday

- High level of expertise in standard MS Office Software (excel and word) and Service Now

- Performance driven / Focus on results

- Knowledge of relevant technology that aid in process improvement and governance (e.g. Workday, Service Now, etc.)

- Proven ability to lead and influence others without direct line responsibility and to manage in a matrix environment.

- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels

- Ability to understand root cause of issues and effectively problem solve

- Accountability for achievement sets high standards; delivers promised results; makes timely decisions with sound judgment; takes initiative and is persistent; accepts responsibility for actions and outcomes

- Sense of urgency meets challenging goals and timelines; quickly changes plans when data or actions require it
