What you will do : - Focusing on Employee Life-Cycle in the organization from Orientation, Development and Retention. - Create a Positive Culture wherein employees are appreciated thereby creating a sense of belonging and empowerment. - Creating proactive approaches (employee to well-being in the organisation in order to drive physical and mental well-being - Provide clear and effective counsel to Management on people related issues including Performance management, Employee relations and Organisational design. - Bring in effective Learning and Development Programs for the employees at all levels. - Lead development of employees by overseeing Performance Management, Succession Planning to strategically map and deliver development requirements for the business. - Create New and Review existing Organizational Practices and ensure it is implemented perfectly and evaluate the impact on Employee Experience. - Responsible for developing and implementing employee rewards programs that recognize performance achievements and service anniversaries. - Create surveys to measure and assess employee feedback. Compile the results of the survey and present their recommendations to organizational management. Who you need to be : - Masters Degree from Tier I or Tier II institute with strong experience in Employee Relations / Business Partner. - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills. - Effective Organizational Skills. - Knowledge of Current Advances in People and Cultural Changes. - Build trusted relationships and bring energy and enthusiasm. - Strong Strategic, Business Analysis and Problem-solving skills. - Ability to work on Own Initiative. - Attention to detail to ensure work is performed to high quality and accuracy. - Embracing and leading change. - A passion for People and Culture.
