People Head - HR Business Partner - FinTech

Our client is a fast-paced and growing, VC backed, Fintech company based in Bangalore.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the strategic alignment of HR solutions with business growth.

- Organize and manage the People Function, end to end

- Segregate HR functions into a specialized and structured format

- Work closely with the business stakeholders to understand and cater to their HR requirements

- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels to drive the HR agenda.

Preferred Candidate:

- Years of experience: 7-13 years

- Experienced in Talent Acquisition, PMS, and Business Partnering.

- Has exposure in both large organizations and a start-up.

- Has a systematic and hands-on approach to tasks provided and result oriented.

- Strong stakeholder management skills.
