Job Location : Noida ( Till Dec2021 can work remotely)

Job Description :

- Lead, Hire and Coach - Talent Acquisition team.

- Build and apply recruiting best practices across all teams.

- Build visibility and forecasting of current and future hiring needs - Dashboards, tracking, quarterly planning, budgeting

- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

- Build and manage relationships to source top talent - Campus, partners, community.

- Build Company brand as the most attractive place to work in India and the world (over time)

- On Talent portals - Glassdoor, Linkedin

- On Social Media : Visibility on Blogs, Media, Top places to work etc

- Continuously innovate on hiring/ marketing channels - Outbound engines, retargeting website visitors, ad campaigns.
