People & Culture Partner - Manufacturing Firm (9-17 yrs)
Your role involves designing and advancing People and Culture priorities in collaboration with colleagues and leaders. You foster innovation and think creatively, working closely with leaders to address people and organizational challenges and opportunities effectively. You actively engage in team development efforts alongside managers, contributing to the creation of high-performing teams. As a member of the People and Culture Asia network, you contribute to our culture transformation agenda with your energy, exploration, and creativity. Additionally, you provide People and Culture business partnering to the Sales, D&IT, and Purchasing functions in India, collaborating closely with VGU, CoE, and People Services.
Experience and Qualifications:
- You hold a full-time MBA and possess over 8 years of HRBP experience, capable of driving both day-to-day HR activities and strategic initiatives.
- You demonstrate a high degree of creativity and curiosity.
- You understand coaching and facilitation principles to drive organizational transformation and change.
- Your ability to coach and challenge leaders is a key strength.
- You have a working knowledge of team development stages and interventions, talent management, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).
- You have experience with culture transformation in a matrix organization.
- Your approach is structured and proactive, with meticulous attention to detail in your daily tasks.
- Collaboration and relationship management are central to your focus, with a proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- You have a curious mindset and a commitment to driving change and continuous improvement.
- Given the regular access to sensitive information in this role, high integrity is essential.
