It is not a day to day delivery center but a center of excellence and process ownership to drive strategic IT initiatives. - The Partnering Analyst will play a pivotal role in laying the foundations for establishing a People Analytics competency within the HR function as it continues its journey towards operational excellence that enables the HR and Business Strategy. Must Haves : 1. Commercially savvy - good understanding of HR and value of data to provide value add information. Solid experience in business intelligence tools ideally within a HR, Payroll, HRIS context and HR systems. 2. Knowledge of statistical analysis (e.g., descriptive statistics and basic familiarity with statistical significance), quantitative research, and experience gathering and interpreting data. 3. Experience in data visualization principles, tools and data analytics tools (Pref. Power BI) 4. Process improvement experience and Stakeholder management experience. 5. Excellent listening, questioning and both written and verbal communication skills
