PennyWise Solutions - Senior Business Analyst

PennyWise is hiring a Senior Business Analyst with 5 to 13 years of experience working in the domain and at least 2 years experience in DXPs (or at least CMS) / eCommerce platforms.

Job Specification

- Drives the requirement gathering, functional design and business analysis on CMS platforms like Sitecore, Acquia/Drupal and eCommerce platforms like Magento Commerce.

- Creates user stories on Jira with acceptance criteria and conducts UAT with clients every sprint.

- Communicates with project teams located in different countries/regions working across multiple time zones using tools like Zoom/MS Teams for calls and Jira/Slack for project management.

- Participates in Scrum meetings and supports the team to ensure there are no blockers and there is progress at expected velocity.

- Facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution between the teams.
