Company: Pelatro Solutions Private Limited ( www.pelatro.com ) Job location: Bangalore Qualification: MBA or PGDM Position: Analyst-Marketing operations Job Description: - Candidate with 2 to 4 years of experience in telecom who understands campaign management tools and possess strong knowledge on Telecommunication domain is preferred for the role. - The candidate must be willing to travel, reside at client location during the project, liaise with the client and support them with campaign creation, execution, measurement and feedback of campaigns. - Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience of working in Telecommunication campaign management tools in the past is preferred - Candidate having good analytical skills and proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and other Microsoft office tools is required - Must have the ability to analyze and understand the behavior of the customer based on available data and come up with campaigns, offers, basis consumer behavior - Ability to learn the campaign management tool from Pelatro which supports revenue maximization and customer retention - Must be able to learn, configure below the line marketing campaigns in the campaign management system and visualize the given scenario to do feasibility analysis - Act as a source of information on campaign management and provide feedback on campaign performance and optimization of programs as per requirement - Ensuring data availability and checking the quality of given data - Downloading & summarizing reports from the product and updating the conversion tracker on daily, weekly and monthly basis - Must be capable of setting good expectations with clients & the ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment - Must be a team player willing to work on new assignments, take initiatives and have proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment - Expertise in Microsoft Visio, SQL, SAS or any database management tools would be an added advantage
