Experienced in design & development BPM applications using Pega PRPC ver 7, Ver 6.3 & Above

- Minimum Three full life cycle implementation of Pega Applications which includes

- Requirement capturing using DCO, Use case identification & elicitation, Using Application Accelerator & Application Profiler.

- Enterprise Architecture definition using Pega Products, Design of different patterns across enterprise layer for reusability

Good to have certificates including CLSA [Part 1 & Part 2], TOGAF. Mandatory have Pega certification CLSA Part 1 OR CSSA.

- Should be capable of defining Best practices & enable practice of Guard rails across Pega Platform

- PRPC Certification in 6.3 or above is mandatory -CSSA level preferred, LSA a plus

- PRPC development experience across multiple projects and multiple roles. Experience with PRPC, CPM, and Smart Investigate is preferred.

- Domain knowledge of banking is preferable

- SQL, HTML, and JavaScript experience a plus

- Relational database and Web technologies experience a plus

- Performance monitoring and tuning experience a plus

CSSA is a minimum requirement for Pega certification. CSA is not enough.

CLSA is preferred, with part 1 and part 2 completed. Part 2 completion will be our C13 role. I am willing to interview Part 1 only, but for the senior role, I need to see part 2. It is required as a lead certification from the vendors as well.
