Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social media, email, and affiliate marketing 2. Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and targeting to drive profitable customer acquisition 3. Develop and implement testing plans to optimize campaign performance 4. Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement 5. Work with the creative team or external agency to develop ad copy, landing pages, and other creative assets 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and engineering, to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies are cutting-edge and effective. Qualifications & Skillset Requirements - 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making - Experience managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social media, email, and affiliate marketing - Expertise on ad manager, analytics and tracking tools, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Affiliate Networks - Experience with A/B testing and optimization to improve campaign performance - Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
