Peel-Works - Senior Finance Manager (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Control and provide financial reports and work with operations team on Taikee business
- Finance SPOC for discussion and execution of any new business model
- Oversee invoicing and payouts, claims activities of business partners across India
- Oversee monthly GST workings and compliance thereof with business partner
- Work on purchase plan and approve Purchase Orders for the Taikee Business
- Formulate Pricing Strategies and set prices for various SKUs
- Prepare and track vendor dues and ensure timely payments
- Work closely with the Reporting Manager to handle cash flow of the business. Prepare various cash flow reports
- Prepare and implement SOPs
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Proven experience as a Business Financial Manager
- Strong grip on Microsoft Excel and Tally
- Ability to work in team
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
