About you :

- We are looking for a passionate Recruitment specialist for our HR Team to help us scale faster with our talent requirements.

- You are extremely passionate about recruitment, you are tech-savvy and love interacting with people and connect with masses.

- You are resilient, a multi-tasker and keen on development on a continuous basis.

- You have worked on multiple positions at a given point in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you will do :

- Ensure a seamless supply of quality profiles for all departments and functions of the company and against all vacancies

- Create a data bank of talent by adapting to innovative methods of talent pool creation eg: Job portals, social media networking- LinkedIn, Facebook, HR communities, employee referral scheme.

- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards

- Screen candidates resume and job applications

- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the scheduled time.

- Assess applicants- relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

- Onboard new employees to become fully integrated

- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

What you need :

- Proven work experience of minimum 5 years, as a Recruiter (Bulk hiring/ consultancy experience will be preferred)

- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Minimum Graduate with 5 to 6 years of experience/ MBA with 5-year exp
